I love quick tip Tuesday! A weekly series where I share one of my favorite quick tips. Hopefully, my tips will save you time during the day or make life a little easier – something that every mom needs! This week I’m sharing an easy clean up tip for the oven.
I like to keep an extra baking sheet on the bottom rack of my oven to catch any spills or food mess. A frozen pizza that cooks right on the rack will definitely drip down below. Cleaning that baking sheet is a lot easier than cleaning the whole oven. Baking sheets go into the dishwasher and ovens need to be scrubbed! Yuck!
Messes don’t just happen with pizza though, muffin tins can spill when overfilled, and a pot roast can boil over with the lid on! I have even missed the pan, while sprinkling cheese on top of my favorite frittata as it cooks in the oven. Keeping an extra baking sheet on the bottom rack is a real time saver when it comes to oven clean up! I hope you start this new habit today:)
