When Hurricane Irma hit Florida, we evacuated to my parents house in North Carolina. To take our mind off of all the trouble at home, we spent a day hiking the waterfall trails at DuPont State Forest. The weather was perfect, the hike was easy, and the waterfalls were beautiful! I can’t think of a better way to spend the day with my family! Here are some pictures from our fun day!
If you are planning a trip to the Western North Carolina Mountains make sure to spend a day hiking the waterfall trails at DuPont State Forest. My family had such a fun day!
